- No. El Santuario is a proposed community in development. Land work, design, and the founding group are the current focus, and construction follows in phases.
- Does everyone have to be vegan?
- The community, its kitchen, its market, and every shared meal are fully plant-based. Residents are asked to keep the community plant-based, which is the single agreement everyone signs up for.
- Can I rent instead of buy?
- Yes. Both purchase and long-term rental are planned, with projected rents from $1,200 to $1,800 per month depending on the villa.
- How firm is the pricing?
- All pricing shown is a projection for a community still in design. Founding waitlist members receive confirmed pricing first.
- Can I visit?
- Site visits will open to waitlist members as access and infrastructure allow. Tell us you are interested and we will include you when scheduling begins.
